How to Delete Your OneHaven Account
To delete your account, follow these steps within the OneHaven app:
1. Open the OneHaven app on your device
2. Tap on the Account tab at the bottom
3. Expand Account Settings
4. Tap Profile Info
5. Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button
6. Enter the verification code sent to your email
7. Enter the verification code sent to your phone
8. Your account will be permanently deleted
What Data is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
– Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
– All protected member profiles and their associated data
– Caregiver relationships and invitations
– App settings and preferences
– Location sharing history
– Emergency contacts configuration
– Subscription information
Data Retention Period
– Account data is deleted immediately upon successful verification
– Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days
– After 30 days, all data is permanently removed from our servers
