You can delete your OneHaven account and all of your data at any time, directly from the app. Here is exactly how to do it, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
Follow these steps inside the OneHaven app on your device.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed.
Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
All protected member profiles and their associated data.
Caregiver relationships and any pending or accepted invitations.
Every setting, alert preference, and configuration tied to your account.
Any location history stored for your care group.
Your emergency contacts configuration and your subscription information.
Account data is deleted immediately once you complete email and phone verification.
Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days as part of routine system backups.
All data is permanently removed from our servers.
If you request deletion because you cannot access the app, we process your request within 7 business days.
If you are locked out or have already removed the app, you can request deletion in either of the two ways below. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify it. We will process your request within 7 business days.
